Rebels Outta Vienna is a documentary film about the Viennese Reggae scene and its divergent interdependence with the Afro-Caribbean Rastafari movement. The film explores local peculiarities in the context of global sounds and worldviews. It provides an intimate insight into views and narratives and thus contributes to the audiovisual archiving of the capital’s music and cultural history.
